The plan is to leave Maidenhead on Sunday 6th December 2009 and head towards Folkstone and take a ferry to France. Then it will hopefully be from France to Italy, then another ferry crossing over to Greece, then a drive across Turkey, Syria, Jordan, and then southern Egypt up to the Rafa Crossing and into Gaza (Palestine).

Technically this route is shorter (about 3,500 miles), however the roads will not be flat nor straight (nor safe); so it will probably take a similar amount of time as my last journey, about 3 to 4 weeks.
